Return & Refund Policy

Short version: Defective or wrong-item orders: we fix it. Change-of-mind returns accepted within 14 days if unworn with tags. Customer pays return shipping unless we made the mistake.
Eligible returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and has original tags attached
- You received the wrong size, color, or design
- The item arrived damaged or with a print defect
Non-returnable
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 14 days
- Digital downloads and free worksheets
- Final-sale or limited pieces marked as non-returnable at purchase
How to start a return
- Email u.es170@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and photos if damaged.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order when inventory allows. Contact us first — launch inventory may be limited.

Broken But Breathing paperback orders placed through Amazon follow Amazon's return policy, not this page.
