Shipping Policy

Short version: Printed after order. Ships in 3–7 business days. Tracking when it ships. Same language as Shopify product pages and cart. First-drop apparel is print-on-demand (POD) — production starts after checkout.
Processing + ship window
First-drop apparel is printed after you order (DTF on premium blanks via our fulfillment partner). Plan on 3–7 business days for production + handoff to the carrier before tracking appears. Launch-week volume may add 1–2 extra days — we will email you if that happens.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Estimated domestic ranges:
- Standard (USPS / carrier equivalent): typically $5.99–$9.99
- Free shipping may be offered on qualifying launch orders — check the site at checkout
International shipping is not available at launch. US addresses only for July 23 drop.
Delivery estimates
- West Coast: 2–4 business days after shipment
- Central / Mountain: 3–5 business days after shipment
- East Coast: 5–7 business days after shipment
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. If you do not see it within 7 business days of ordering, contact us.
Lost or damaged packages
Contact us within 14 days of the carrier delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Email a photo of any damage and your order number. We will work with you on a replacement or refund per our Return Policy.
