Shipping Policy

Short version: Printed after order. Ships in 3–7 business days. Tracking when it ships. Same language as Shopify product pages and cart. First-drop apparel is print-on-demand (POD) — production starts after checkout.

Processing + ship window

First-drop apparel is printed after you order (DTF on premium blanks via our fulfillment partner). Plan on 3–7 business days for production + handoff to the carrier before tracking appears. Launch-week volume may add 1–2 extra days — we will email you if that happens.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Estimated domestic ranges:

International shipping is not available at launch. US addresses only for July 23 drop.

Delivery estimates

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. If you do not see it within 7 business days of ordering, contact us.

Lost or damaged packages

Contact us within 14 days of the carrier delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Email a photo of any damage and your order number. We will work with you on a replacement or refund per our Return Policy.
